Televora MCP guide

Control your gym screens with
ChatGPT or Claude.

MCP connects Televora to your AI chat. Ask about content, prepare changes and publish them to the right screens with control.

Start in three steps

1

Enable MCP in the workspace

The gym owner opens Settings → Integrations → MCP, sets access and approval rules, then enables the connection.

2

Connect ChatGPT or Claude

Each person connects their own AI chat with the MCP address and signs in with their own Televora account.

3

Start with a real task

First ask what screens and content are available. Then give a clear task for a zone or location.

Connect ChatGPT and Claude

There is no shared API-key file. Televora uses your own sign-in and shows the requested access before you connect.

ChatGPT

  1. Open Settings → Apps & Connectors and enable Developer Mode.
  2. Create a custom connector, call it “Televora”, and paste the MCP server address from Televora.
  3. Choose OAuth, connect and sign in with your Televora account.
  4. Confirm the workspace and permissions, then enable the connector in a chat.

Claude

  1. Open Settings → Connectors and add a custom connector.
  2. Name it “Televora”, paste the MCP server address and connect.
  3. Sign in with your Televora account, choose a workspace and approve access.
  4. You can then use the same connector in Claude for screen tasks.

What your AI chat can do with Televora

Practical skills for gym operations

Find and understand content

Search existing campaigns, class schedules and playlists, and see where they are used before changing anything.

Update class schedules and live data

Prepare edits to class times, rooms, opening hours and other approved content data.

Prepare a screen plan for the day

Create a draft for reception, cardio, studios or multiple locations, with timings and suitable content.

Import content ideas as drafts

Use brand and format guidance to submit new content as a non-playable draft for review.

Approve and publish

Publish only with the right permissions and the approval rules you set. Drafts never go live automatically.

Work with an audit trail

Every change is recorded with its user, scope and outcome in MCP activity.

Copy-ready examples

Three typical gym scenarios

Same-day class change

“Check today’s class schedule. Move the 6 pm yoga class to Studio 2, show the change at reception, and prepare it for approval.”

The chat checks the live plan and prepares a change for the affected screens.

Promote a trial membership

“Find our current trial-membership campaign. Schedule it this week on weekdays from 4–8 pm on cardio screens in Berlin, then show me the preview.”

You get a specific draft with targets, timing and screen impact before anything is published.

Plan tomorrow for every zone

“Create a draft for tomorrow: class schedule at reception, trainer spotlight in the lounge and recovery tips in free weights.”

Televora creates a daily-plan draft that you can review, adjust and approve.

You stay in control

  • Each person connects their own account—no shared credentials.
  • Access can be limited by person, location, screen group or individual screen.
  • Approvals and a second approver can be mandatory for publishing or larger changes.
  • Connections can be suspended or revoked at any time.
